The MSA Services methodology defines a specific path for MSA Data Center projects and uses Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) and Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF) as the foundation on which the MSA Service methodology phases are created.

“OAG Chapter 01 - Introduction.doc” is an overview of the Operations Architecture Guide and touches on many other aspects of MSA and ESF.
